Slow Cooker Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 6-8cut up Chicken thighsor 3 – 5 breasts cut up
  • 1can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1can chicken broth
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp cajun seasoning
  • 4cups Cooked rice
  • 3-4cups Broccoli floretsfresh
  • 1/2cup Greek yogurtor sour cream
  • 1cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Put everything in except greek yogurt and shredded cheese in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4
  3. In a rice cooker (or however you like), cook the rice.
  4. Stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese with the crock pot mixture.
  5. Stir, Enjoy over a bowl of rice.
