Ingredients
  • 12med to large chicken legs
  • 2tsp. minced ginger
  • 2tsp. minced garlic
  • 4Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2cup soya sauce
  • 3Tbsp. dark brown sugaror honey
  • 4Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Marinate legs in marinade overnight in fridge.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  3. Remove legs from marinade and place in greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Add marinade to pot, bring to a gentle boil, stir constantly and lower heat if needed so it does not burn.
  6. Cook marinade for 5-10 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Pour over the cooked legs or serve as a dipping sauce.
