These Sesame Ginger Chicken Legs have an interesting flavor and they are super easy to pull together for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 12 med to large chicken legs
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar or honey
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Marinate legs in marinade overnight in fridge.
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Remove legs from marinade and place in greased baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Add marinade to pot, bring to a gentle boil, stir constantly and lower heat if needed so it does not burn.
- Cook marinade for 5-10 minutes or until thickened.
- Pour over the cooked legs or serve as a dipping sauce.
