Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  • 4cup flour
  • 1/2cup Sugar
  • 1tsp salt
  • 8tsp baking powderlevel
  • 1 1/4cup Milk
  • 2large eggs
  • 1c Butter2 sticks
Instructions
  1. Sift together dry ingredients
  2. Then add 2 blocks of margarine (1 cup) – (cut up and mix with pastry cutter).
  3. In a measuring cup add: 1 1/4 cup milk and 2 eggs
  4. Slowly add the milk/eggs to the dry ingredients.
  5. Then mix with hands and knead on floured counter.
  6. Roll out to roughly 3mm thickness.
  7. Spread generously with: Butter Brown sugar Cinnamon
  8. Roll up into a big roll and then cut into about 1 inch rolls
  9. Bake at 450• for 13-15 mins
